It’s been a difficult few weeks since the news of Stephen “tWitch” Boss’s death by suicide. His wife, Allison Holker, has been struggling to cope with the loss of her husband and has found comfort in honoring his memory.
On Friday, Holker took to Instagram to share a tribute video for her late husband, who passed away at the age of 40 last month. The video was a highlight reel of the couple’s life together, from the early days of their romance to their three children, Weslie, 14, Maddox 6, and Zaia, 3.
“To my husband, best friend, babe, Chee-chalker, Superman, and father of my children I LOVE YOU FOREVER and ALWAYS!” Holker wrote in the caption. “We will forever remember you as the true beacon of light that you were and we will continue to cast your light and love throughout the world.”
She ended her caption by saying, “Thank you for our incredible memories and our beautiful life shared together.”
Holker has previously shared her grief on social media, taking to Instagram in December to pay tribute to her husband. “My ONE and ONLY Oh how my heart aches,” she wrote. “We miss you so much.”
A source told ET that Holker is trying her best to keep her composure and not break down in front of her children. “She is prioritizing their mental well-being, especially her eldest daughter, since she has an idea of what’s going on and the younger children don’t fully understand,” the source said. “Allison is making sure that all the kids know how much their daddy loves them, that he is still with them and his spirit is still flourishing, that this has nothing to do with them and that they can do things to help keep his spirit alive.”
On Jan. 4, Boss was laid to rest in Los Angeles. A source told ET that Holker was a rock for everyone during the difficult day. While the funeral and burial were only for close family, a larger celebration of life for the people Boss loved and those that loved him will be put together soon.
