For Sale: JLo’s $42.5 Million Mansion Will Blow Your Mind!

Jennifer Lopez has officially listed her nine-bedroom home in Los Angeles for an incredible $42.5 million, seven years after she purchased it for $28 million.

The Bel Air property is a stunning eight-acre estate that covers an estimated 14,000 square feet. Lopez first purchased the property in 2016 from actor Sela Ward and her husband, entrepreneur Howard Sherman.

The estate features various features, including an outdoor amphitheater that can accommodate up to 100 people, a private lake and beach, an indoor movie theater, an infinity-edge pool, a gym, and 13 bathrooms.

In addition to the lake, private beach, and outdoor shower, the home also has extensive grounds containing a cottage for guests, a putting green, and a pagoda with a fire pit.

Inside the main house, the home has a large fireplace, a bar, a library, and a stunning main entertaining room with high ceilings. The walls of the indoor theater are lined with movie posters starring Lopez, Affleck, and the pair together.

The home has a “French Country” style which blends elements of stone and wood. There is plenty of space to cook and eat as the main house contains a formal dining room and a chef’s kitchen with a built-in breakfast area and stone fireplace. All rooms inside the massive property are also open to large terraces.

The upstairs, which houses the primary suite, includes an office and study space, a guest room, and a room for guests and massages. The main suite in the home comes with its own library and sitting room.

The home also has multiple entertainment spaces, which are spacious enough to accommodate large groups.

Given Lopez and Affleck’s recent wedding in July, and their five children between them, the couple may be looking into bigger and better properties.

The Bel Air property also gives the homebuyer access to private hiking trails.

“A one-of-a-kind lifestyle impossible to duplicate,” the listing agent states.
