Mike Tyson Has Fun With An Embarrassing Mishap While Filming With Another Sports Legend

Danger and Mike Tyson seem to go hand in hand. American former professional boxer nicknamed “Iron Mike” and later known as “The Baddest Man on the Planet” is considered to be one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all time.

Though it seems the 56-year-old should avoid skateboards altogether, he’s never one to turn down a challenge and almost hit the deck while skating with the legendary Tony Hawk for his ‘Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson podcast.

Tony Hawk joined Mike Tyson and Sebastian Joseph-Day to talk about being professionals in their respective sports, and how they deal with haters.

Ever the enthusiast, Tyson jumped on the skateboard with child-like glee. Then Tyson slowly began to shift backward, exclaiming, ‘Oh, I better stop this,’ before he leaned further back and fell off the board altogether.

Thankfully, as he started to completely lose his balance, he fell into a plush chair while knocking over a stool and banging into the wall simultaneously.

The moment was captured on video and Tyson published it to his Instagram account with the caption, “Lucky that chair was there or it would have been a repeat of the hoverboard scare.”

The legendary boxing icon smiled once he settled in the chair, pointing at the camera, as he did.

“I’m okay baby, nothing happened,” he said to a concerned female onlooker, presumably his wife, Lakiha Spicer as others around him laughed in shared humor.

As Tyson referenced in his Instagram post, a hoverboard of some kind got a hit in and left him down for the count in 2015.

While being filmed, the boxer tried out his daughter’s hoverboard, which of course ended similarly to the skateboard incident.

However, this time when Tyson lost his balance, he found himself without a chair, landing straight on the floor.
