Streaker Learns The Hard Way Why You Should Never Run Onto An NFL Field

During Monday Night Football on October 3, 2022, a streaker ran onto the field and got more than he bargained for.

A man decided during the second quarter of the MNF game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Los Angeles Rams to streak onto the field.

The incident was not shown by cameras during the live telecast but announcer Joe Buck mentioned that two defenders on the field were sick of the antics and took matters into their own hands.

As the man eluded security running down the field with a pink smoke canister Rams’ Bobby Wagner had enough and helped tackle the fan.

“That’s what we’re talking about! Wagner! A veteran … Get him down, get out, and let these guys [the security] take over,” former NFL Star Peyton Manning said.

“Amateur hour there,” Eli Manning added. “If you’re gonna streak, you gotta go full-throttle and go nude, right? I mean, what is this?”

The Animal-activist group Direct Action Everywhere claimed responsibility for the stunt to highlight the trial of two factory farm whistleblowers that began on Monday. In a press release, the group said the activists tackled by Wagner and another protester (who security stopped from getting on the field) said: “they just want to stand up for their friends.”

Just a couple of months ago, a LA Dodgers ball girl leveled a fan that was running across the field, sending him over the wall. The security staff could not catch him, but the ball girl took him out.

Below are two different angles.

Pat McAfee, the former punter for the Indianapolis Colts, said she made a textbook special teams kicker tackle.

“Ball girl looking like a kicker on a long kickoff return… Stays square, find the angle, and BOOOOM over the wall CUZ,” he tweeted.
