You Won’t Believe What Tom Brady Is Doing Now

When you think of American football, the first name that comes to mind is likely Tom Brady. The 45-year-old quarterback has played in the NFL for 20 seasons and has won six Super Bowls, cementing himself as one of the all-time greats. Now, Brady is taking his talents to the big screen with a new movie, 80 for Brady.

The film is inspired by a true story about four best friends—played by Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Rita Moreno, and Sally Field—who embark on a wild trip to see their hero Tom Brady play in the 2017 Super Bowl. This marks Brady’s first feature film role.

In a recent interview with ET’s Nischelle Turner, Brady shared his thoughts on his acting debut. When asked if he plans to act again, Brady teased, “We’ll see. Make some offers. Let’s see what we can do.”

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback also shared that he never imagined he would be in a Hollywood movie. “Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine that this would be something that I would be doing,” he said. “I actually had a friend remind me of today; he said, ‘Imagine as a NorCal kid thinking you’d go down for a Hollywood premiere with your name on it.’”

Despite his acting career just beginning, Brady is already looking to the future. When asked if there could be a sequel to 80 for Brady, he responded with a smile, “Maybe there’s an 80 for Brady sequel coming out.”

Brady has already accomplished so much in his football career, and now he’s ready to take on the world of acting. Brady has already proven to be an outstanding athlete and leader, and it’s exciting to see what he can do in the world of film. 80 for Brady is set to premiere on February 3rd.

Though he seems to be breaking out in Film, Brady made an emotional announcement on Twitter on Feb. 1st, saying, “I’m retiring. For Good” With Tears in his eyes, he went on to thank family, friends, teammates, and others, saying there were “too many” to thank.
