Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck recently purchased a $64 million mansion in the Pacific Palisades, California, located near the home Ben shared with his ex Jennifer Garner during their marriage. The couple was spotted meeting up with contractors at the property on Saturday, both dressed in casual attire.
The home reportedly includes eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a gym, a professional media room, a game room, an elevator, and a massive backyard with a pool and fire pit area. This purchase comes after the couple reportedly pulled out of escrow on a neighboring $34.5 million mansion.
JLo and Affleck have been married since April 2022, and in February 2023 they showed off their bond by getting matching tattoos. JLo posted an Instagram post that showed the two arrows and a J and B (the initials of their first names), as well as both throwback and recent photos of them being cozy with each other. Her tattoo is on the upper side of her body but it’s unclear where Ben’s is since the photo was too close up.

The couple has a large blended family, with JLo being the mother of her 15-year-old twins, Emme and Max, and Ben being the father of his three children, including Violet, 17, Seraphina, 14, and Samuel, 11.
Based on the reported details of the property, the house seems to be the perfect open space for their big family. With the gym, media room, game room, and a massive backyard, the family has plenty of room to spread out and make lasting memories.
The purchase of the mansion is the latest milestone in the couple’s relationship and is a sign that they are settling into their new life together.
